BPOS Suite UK Pricing

Microsoft BPOS Suite provides user licences for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office Live Meeting and Office Communications Online. This is priced at £6.72 per user per month.

Exchange Online Pricing

Exchange Online is priced at £3.36 per user per month.

SharePoint Online Pricing

SharePoint Online is priced at £3.52 per user per month.

Office Live Meeting Pricing

Office Live Meeting is priced at £3.02 per user per month.

Office Communications Online Pricing

Office Communications Online is priced at £1.34 per user per month.

BPOS Purchasing FAQ

Is there a minimum number of users?

Yes. You need to purchase a minimum of five user licences.

Is there a maximum number of users?

No. BPOS will grow as your business grows. You can add new users at any time.

Is there a discount available if I buy more licences?

The price is the same for all customers. Small and medium businesses benefit from the same great pricing that the largest enterprises obtain.

How do I pay?

Billing is monthly, by credit card. However if you have a subscription of more than £340 per month, you can choose to be invoiced instead.

How long is the subscription term?

Subscriptions are for 12 months initially and automatically renew. After the 12 month initial subscription you can serve a one month notice of cancellation at any time.

How can I review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) prior to the ordering process?
